The liners are 100% machine-washable and are available separately. The ''fork'' (thumb-index area) has an extra thickness of material that protects the area from possible abrasion and also allows a firm grip, like on bicycle grips or ski poles.
On the thumb, a touch-sensitive material allows you to use your devices without removing them. The thumb has an extra layer of comfortable material to ensure you don't damage anything delicate if you need to wipe your nose.
LOFIs are available in a traditional five-finger version or a three-finger version in "lobster claw" style.
